I remember being called over to the desk of a colleague who'd just had a PC with Windows installed.

"I don't know how to work this, and I heard you guys have it in your section."
"Sure, no prob. What's the matter?"
"I can't get it to do anything."
I stare at his desk for a minute. "Okay, where's your mouse?"
"My what?"
"Your mouse."
"What's a mouse?"
"Okay...I think I see the problem here."
