i'm supposed to sleep to get up quite early for a hike, i just dont feel good, sadness is odd, part of me knows i have no control over the things people do to me, and in a way, how it makes me feel when they do them, but i control who i spend my time with, and i should have more control over how i react to people and their actions. i don't feel
