Excluding musical theatre, which would make this answer way too long, I've only been to three concerts.
Two were for the band Guster, who I love, love, loved in high school. Both of those were great, especially since their drummer doesn't use drumsticks (their percussion is heavy on the bongos), so set breaks were usually announced with "Gotta go let our drummer retape his hands", which was kinda funny.
I also got to go to a Pink Floyd concert when I was in... fifth grade I think? Too young to really appreciate that I was at a Pink Floyd concert. My memories are sadly mostly that it was very, very loud and their were giant helium pigs. However, I did buy my Dark Side of the Moon shirt there, not at Hot Topic like the rest of the tinny boppers ;)
In general I don't do concerts - they're too loud, and too many people.
I've... never really been a 'date' person. Kat and I spent so much time together at the start of our relationship because we were in college together that we never really did the 'date' thing. And my only relationship before that, with my ex-boyfriend, we usually just hung out at the park - I never really thought of it as a 'date'
But I suppose if I'm to think of such things... Dinner out somewhere nice, followed by bookstore browsing and then home for cuddling and such ;)
I've never been a date-person either, at least not in the sense of arranging something big and impressive. Your version sounds more like what we usually do, too.
Mmm, this one is hard. I've accomplished things, but rarely ones I'm really proud of. I mean, not that I'm not proud of stuff, but... nothing like the question is probably asking about. Mostly my pride in accomplishments is short lived - a sort of "Yay I did it, now lets move on" sort of thing.
But if you're going to back me up against a wall and make me answer... It seems really petty, but actually finishing NaNo last year. I have horrible track record of starting projects and stories and stuff and not finishing them, so the fact that I was able to take a story, even if it was just fanfic and carry it along to its end still makes me really happy. And a lot less worried about the fact that I'm not going to hit 50k this year.

I'm really, really curious about this. It's like reading people's palms!
