OK! So here is the deal in short. A) You represent me as an independant contractor. You gain a comission and points towards a prize with every sale. B) You sell my goods as your own independant agent. I give you a loan (you will need collateral) and you choose you own price, hours, and mode of sales.
Either way, figure that with "A" you are more of an employee who makes less money, but "B" makes you your own business owner who could make more.
I will, as a friend, help you out with all the registering paperwork you may need for option "B". And there is a good chance you would not have to pay any taxes this year as an independant salesman.
