The below quote is from a cartoon the BBC website's clickable alternative lad mag, a 'what if feminists took over one' look at the like of Zoo, Nuts, etc.[1]:

The whole lads mags issue is a load of crap IMO. Girls magazines are potentially much worse with the type of messages they send - i.e. driving the crazy for pre-pubsecent padded bras & thongs etc [one point here]. Walk into a newsagents and the front cover is as bad - take a look at this. How to get outraged at pictures of bikini-clad ladies on the cover - nothing more than what you see on billboards around the country or ANY music video these days - when there are CONCEPTS blasted out at young girls who've got to find out their meaning yet; i.e. "Orgasms UNLIMITED - 10 STEAM-IT-UP SEX MOVES YOU'VE NEVER DREAMT OF" - not exactly appropriate for a "child", is it?

Sorry but this, much like any similar thing, just annoys me as one POV is used to attack anyone and everyone without ever being more than... stupid.

(And, to be honest, what difference does a shelf placing make?
Little Jimmy just gets the shop-keep to get the magazine for him. Simple. A sale is a sale for him.)

FacebookDunno. I know my friends at Nottingham love it.... ( ... )

I heard about Facebook in general. Sex scandal? Meh, something.

And poor Eddie! I loved that dog.
