It wouldn't change anything, sorry :( the stamp for a simple paper envelope is 2 euro, which if you add conversion and paypal fees is around 3 USD...

As I didn't write anywhere about having a minimum purchase limit, you don't have to pay more for it, don't worry!

I could ship the puck in either a regular envelope (shipping cost $3) or bubble mailer (shipping cost $5)

so your total would either $4 or $6. Of course bubble mailer is a bit safer but the choice is up to you :)
