The situation: Customer ordered a #4, no tomatoes. Person in front of him ordered just a straight-up #4. They call out the regular #4, and he takes it. We all saw him do it, but the other person had already left with this sandwich. He leaves, and then comes back 10 minutes later. The converation is as follows.
him- You screwed up my sanwich, again! I asked for no tomatoes, and there's tomatoes on it!
me- I know. You accidentally grabbed someone else's sandwich, and you had already left before we could fix the problem.
him- No! I listend for #4! You said #4! I want my money back!
me- Had you waited for another minute, you would have heard us say "#4, no tomatoes". I can remake your sanwich, but I can't give you your money back.
him- What the hell? Havn't you ever heard that 'the customer is always right'?
me- *points to sign that reads 'the customer is usually right'.
him- What are you? Some kind of smart ass?
me- No sir. I'm just a gal who knows our store policies, as well as our signs.

this one time at work this guy pought some metal it was 20 foot long and weighed 3500 lbs he came in a s-10 and told us to angel it from the tailgate to on top of the truck mind you the truck can only carry 1500lbs before the axel snaps and i dont think the part where you sit was ment to support weight and when we said we cant he gat mad saying that we always did it before
