It is almost 11 am and I still have done nothing at work today. I love UMASS because they have People's Market and well Earth Foods (which I would love more if I could eat there). anyway People's Market is like my pantry from home away from home... so they are my hero. Today for lunch I had some millet bread and a baggy of almonds and chocolate chips. I ate this in company with the rest of the nutrition department.
