Since orangeka requested for the scans, here they are, phew, finished finally :D Sorry it took a while...

Ah, there might be differences, maybe, since the CD I bought wasn't really an import CD from Japan, it was printed in Indonesia. So this is the Indonesian version of the CD, yo!
