Well I must say - I've had a really good day today!! Lil Dan called up this morning which was really good, we had a nice chat, coffee, chilled out for abit and then my mate Phil called up to ask if I wanted to go to Ikea - Of course I said YES!!

aww!! sounds like a good day!!

im the same with my diet!! i have to start it on monday properly!! cos i really wanna do it!!

i even have excerise dvds and am considering getting a cheap excerise bike!!

Hows the diet going? I haven't been doing so well... I keep picking at things! Oops!

... I bought an exercise bike and have never used it. I'd seriously think long and hard about it.
