Like 4 o'clock in the morning early...

Which would make it 2 o'clock in the morning his time.

I really don't know, I've saved a few of his messages but he never really says anything.

It's always:

I don't know, I've never picked up. It's always so early in the morning and his accent is so thick I just don't have the desire or patience to try and decipher what he's saying.
