ouch

Oh God the pain. Im paralyzed. Legs and abdomen dead due to female malaise; arm muscles and back killing from a KILLER workout yesterday at hip hop... I cant move. This is sheer uselessness. And I'm supposed to be studying. Sure. Of course. Hah. Wish me luck. I'll need it this time o_O

5 grams of Glutamine a day will prevent muscle soreness, and speed up recovery time.

other than that, for people who don't want to spent $$$ how you schedule your workouts makes more sense than taking stuff...

you can't correct a wrong if something is already wrong... i.e. if u r doing 2 same back to back workouts leaving a day easy in between would make you feel better.. or else you'd need 2-3 days for muscle fibres to heal well.

well lets say that i dont exactly get the muscle pain that often. its only when we practice a dance move that works out some weird muscle. plus, the times i do get muscle soreness, - apart from the initial paralyzation - i dont mind feeling it coz it makes me feel like ive done a really good workout, which is good :)

so im not gonna get into all the stuff for those rare times. but ill keep both of you in mind if i need any advice. thanks lots :)

you appear to have missed the fact that hayleigh22 did not make that post you just replied to. By the way it's Mr. not Miss, and being that I'm on the same continent as you it might be a little difficult to walk across in a day. So as they say, thank you please drive though. But then again you walk everywhere so you may not be familiar with the ways of the drive-thru.
