Oh God the pain. Im paralyzed. Legs and abdomen dead due to female malaise; arm muscles and back killing from a KILLER workout yesterday at hip hop... I cant move. This is sheer uselessness. And I'm supposed to be studying. Sure. Of course. Hah. Wish me luck. I'll need it this time o_O

you can't correct a wrong if something is already wrong... i.e. if u r doing 2 same back to back workouts leaving a day easy in between would make you feel better.. or else you'd need 2-3 days for muscle fibres to heal well.
