I made tabbouleh today. Chopping parsley is WAY harder than I thought it would be. But. It seems to have turned out well. Leif was more than pleased. However, I have MONSTER amounts of tabbouleh in my fridge now. Oops.

you should get one of those mini food processors (or a big one, but the small ones are cheap-ish and i don't know how much you cook).
