Damn it, I was hoping that we could finish the series out without introducing beards for Jane or Maura. Kent is annoying and worrisome enough.
I wasn't ever under any illusion that they would put Jane and Maura together -- they haven't been building to it, even if there's wicked chemistry between them -- but couldn't we have at least ended on a sufficiently ambiguous note that everyone was content?
I'll just keep my fingers crossed that FBI-Beard was a one-and-done.
