Hi it's nystyle from the social work community Sorry to barge in on your personal journal but I wanted to ask you one more question and get your opinion
I completetd the exam but I just was torn with this question, I just had to guess: A child came to the hospital with a broken leg, was treated and released. A week later they get a request for the charts/information from the county's human service dept. The information can be released ONLY accompanied by this:
so 2 of the answers I eliminated right away but the 2 I struggled with were A: a court order B: a signed parental release
I had to choose only one answer--Wouldn't either of those be sufficient? I mean obviously a parental release, but doesn't a court order trump everything?
