Tonks, followed Remus, but gave up trying to reason with him some more. She watched as the door slammed and he was out of view. Letting out a sigh, she dropped down to the nearest chair, moving her face into her hands.
She wasn't going to cry, but it was clear how upset she was. She loved him, but he was too damned chicken-shit to let her love him.
