Mum left yesterday morning after almost a week together, which was nice. We had a great time in Switzerland, even though it was pretty cold. Ended up wearing about 4 layers most days and there was snow on the mountains, even on the lower parts, which there is not supposed to be in june. Had a fun night yesterday, for Sarah's birthday. Decided not to drink at all so I could stay out and didn't get back till 4, after a delicious freshly baked pain au choc yum yum. I do not know what has been going on with me lately. Lost my appetite completely for a while and don't think I've had a proper cooked meal since thursday or friday. Very annoyed. Just had exam and went badly even though I'd revised for the subject and knew it. I got given a horrible topic and then couldn't express myself in french. Yay Mum has just booked her flights to come over and visit me at the end of this month :) She has also booked us a hotel in Lucerne for 3 days which should be brilliant, right next to a beautiful lake. We now have to decide whether to get a travel pass or not, which gives you unlimited travel in switzerland, but which is just under £100 each. I ( Read more... )
