Walking softly (not in my shoes)

When you've pushed the boat out too far, when your body lets you know you're going to do long term damage if you get back on a bike anytime soon, how to deal with a body screaming to be on the move?

Go for a walk, of course.

Asher told me what you did on your bike, I'd say you are mad, though congratulations, thats pretty amazing!

We wondered where you were walking, where these photos were taken? I need pretty places to walk around. Crawley is getting me down too much and has nowhere to walk!

Heh, who's mad here? (don't forget I've seen Asher ride past on your bike, with an interestingly modified exhaust!)

The place above is actually just the other side of the bridge he rode over during the L2B (upstream of the place you were thinking of buying - just follow the footpath opposite the Bull pub, on other side of the A281 along the Adur).

It is well known that twigs will fix anything on a motorbike. They are more robust than the special cheese that suzuki make their bolts out of.

Besides, my shiny new bike has no twigs just yet, which means we'll be following the next pioneer run! We must stop off and have lunch or something. What do people do on these things? My old bike hated Brighton so much that it never made it far enough to warrent stopping for lunch.

What camera are you using? I love what you and it did with the weir/lock's waterfall.

Olympus mju770; most rugged camera I could find. For the weir, I just pointed the camera and pressed the button!

I walk too as an alternative to swimming. Along the beacch is nicest and the naturist one is pleasant, but getting chillier. No sun today and it actually rained just now. It has mmosly ony rained at night though, which is fine.
I think we might walk along the Garrucha prom tomorrow as I saw they had stalls and lights at night. There are walks in wilder places too, the national parkk area, but you have t0o watch where you step,, you can´t go barefoot there. Snakes!!

Sounds lovely, especially with a beach to walk on!

Reckon there'll be some equally good sights around you; like they say, it's all in the eye of the beholder.

This is true. I just wish I had more time to look at them!

Maybe this winter I can take some pictures of my own winter wonderland.
