That's a good start to the day...in the New Year Honours, a CBE for Tim Berners-Lee and an MBE for Fred Dibnah.

Indeed! I wonder if he's ever wondered how his name will go down in history? It'll surely feature near the front of every book about the rise of the Internet (or, of course, near the front of whatever replaces books about whatever replaces the Internet!).
