foods with iron: broccoli, steak, red meat, and...nails
foods that help with cramps: take calcium supplements a few days before ur period starts and during it, i swear u wont need ibuprofen, also drink coffe, the caffeine helps with cramps and the heat relaxes the muscles in ur lower abdomen.

Juno was cute, u'd like it....and...OMFG across the universe was amazering please watch it for the choreagrahpy, it was spectacular!!!

"I wanna see Juno or there will be blood this week."

Look out, guys...if Charlotte doesn't see Juno this week she is apparently going to be SUPER angry and fall into a raging blood lust. We're probably all going to die. Enjoy your last hours with your loved ones.

Oh, how I love convieniently missing capital letters or other such title denoting details.

:-D

I totally thought the same thing. Until I realized what you really meant.
It made me giggle, though.
A lot.
