You turn the house upside down looking for something, and then only find it when you have given up?

I am on my own for most of this weekend, so I have taken the chance to sort through and upload my photos from the last month.

the trick is to look for something completly different. Say you are looking for your camera or something... look for batteries instead.. or that shirt you havent seen in 6 months. Works most of the time :P

I find that only works if I don't do it deliberately. Though I did find a few lost things yesterday that I wasn't specifically looking for.

I haven't been able to find my makeup bag since we got back from Wales, but last night I dreamt that it was still in the holdall*, and this morning I went and checked, and lo and behold it was there! Freaky. I also dreamt that David Cameron had resigned and was being replaced by Michael Howard. I wonder about my subconscious sometimes!
