I subscribed to the group daily_doll - which is mainly pictures of people's dollfies, whatever - but I unsubscribed because of this ungodliness.

It's... it's just dollfies. I don't get it. "Hey check out this eldritch Uncanny Valley horror from beyond the writhing void! I bought it off ebay real cheap!"

I don't mind resin dolls. Marina Bychkova just started using resin (she previously used porcelain exclusively). It's fine because maybe now her dolls probably won't cost $6,000 on ebay.
But dollfies? Dollfies are just things you buy. You even buy the costumes and the hair and the eyes. You assemble them, you don't make them. I didn't mind terribly that it was mostly dollfies on the group but I draw the line at Twilight Ken.
