so i'm feeling nauseated... and i know exactly why, but i have NO desire to go choke down so damn food right now... none at all. (haha, lisa :[ i know i should go eat!) Jack is still sleeping, his teeth must have really been bothering him for him to sleep so long like that. my boobs are dead from him sucking the life out of them, btw.

do you like trail mix? or maybe some high-protein breakfast bars? those are life savers when my tummy is empty. the key is to eat before you start feeling like you can't. when you feel just a smidge of hunger, go eat! i have all too often let it go and then i'm so hungry I can't eat because I feel like hurling.
