[ Sylvia happens to be indoors at their house when Charlotte's out and about. (Isn't it so strange, to be spending Christmas in a place like this?) She's sat at a table with something warm to drink, though that doesn't last long. Charlotte's been away, and she's got nothing of importance to do besides train, so she goes outside to enjoy the fresh air. She stays close to the house.

[She... sees her as she comes back for a rest stop! Oh! There you are, Silvie! She grins widely, rushing up with the sac on her back in her cute little santa outfit]

[ . . . Well, that's just like Charlotte to dress up and do something like this, so Sylvia just greets her with the usual nod of acknowledgement. (Although she may have stared for a fraction of a second.) ]

Charle -- Merry Christmas.

[She considers hugging. ...Hugging might be too much. Instead, she puts the sac down and starts to rummage for Silvie's gift]

I got you a present...!

[ Being hugged while she's in that outfit would be quite strange, indeed. She looks curiously at the sac. ]

You didn't have to. [ Being friends is enough, right? ]

I wanted to, though~ After all, we're friends. [And she knows this has been hard on you. ...Silvie's present would be very hard to wrap though, so in lieu of being in a box, it's just rolled up with a bow around it. Once it's out of the bag (and she fixes a rumpling in it... maybe putting it in a sac with boxes was a bad idea :C

She hands it over to Silvie all the same]

[ But not putting it in the sac would have ruined the Santa get up. :C

Sylvia takes the gift. She strangely likes it better with a bow than a box, probably because of how more, hm, "casual" it feels. She doesn't unravel it just yet. ]

Mm . . . Thanks.

I know you're going to like it. [Because she knows you :|

Also she's waiting for the reaction. Expectantly.]

You know me better than anyone else.

[ That's supposed to be her way of agreeing. Then she begins to unravel the gift, and after she does she holds it out in front of her. She immediately recognizes what it is with a growing smile on her face. Yes, she does like this. It . . . kind of looks like the work of a child -- maybe Luke did it -- but the thought behind it is the greatest gift. ]

Ye-yeah... I know it's not the best, but I'll ask Shiki to make the real thing if you let me borrow something which has the flag on it for real, so she can see what it looks like?

No. [ She lowers the poster. It's not the quality that matters in a gift. ] This is good.

...I'm glad you like it! I know it's not the same as home, but I thought that might help.

It helps more than you might think. [ And it really does, and she totally plans on putting it up as soon as she has the opportunity.
