Just keep swimming! The interwebz will always keep you awake! Maybe try taking something like Nyquil, early one day. Drug induced sleep isn't always bad. Just don't get hooked! Love you. Things will get better, I promise!

I agree with the above comment. The internet will always keep you awake. For me, the internet is like a black hole where I lose all sense of time and reality. When I surface and realize that the half hour I thought I was on the internet was actually a few hours, I'm always mystified. But I do hear you with the trouble sleeping. Maybe something is in the air? I haven't been able to sleep for the past few nights and finally drift off to sleep but not feeling rested. I've taken Tylenol PM, and it's not working so I've stopped. Leo told me to tense all my muscles up and then to relax, but that doesn't help either. It's my mind... If there is an excercise out there that can get my mind to shut up then maybe I'll get some sleep. :) I know you worry a lot about how things are going so maybe that's our problem. I'll keep hoping and praying you get the rest that you need. :)
