Meru has a soft spot (aka school girl crush) for Poland, mainly because he actually gave her a 'name'. Although he still gets on her nerves with his thick-headedness.
If she had to, she'd probably give up her cell phone for him.

Gokudera Hayato: ♥♥/♥♥♥♥♥
Meru doesn't think that much of Hayato, but finds teasing him to be incredibly fun. He's more of a plaything than a friend.
Allen Walker: ♥/♥♥♥♥♥
Meru doesn't know Allen that well, she still refers to him as 'Hero-Boy', but is willing to do him 'small' favours like making him a piano.
Michiko Malandro ♥♥/♥♥♥♥♥
Meru actually kinda likes Michiko and has a super-secret respect for her that she'll never admit. She even almost called her 'Neesan', once.
Aya Natsume ♥♥/♥♥♥♥♥
Meru finds Aya sweet, as odd as it sounds. She doesn't see the point in abusing Aya because she's just so...Aya.

Meru's suspicious of Kaiman, as she doesn't believe his 'I IZ LIZ0RD' story. Nevertheless, she still thinks he's fun.
Mello -♥/♥♥♥♥♥
Meru would gladly set Mello on fire and tap dance on his ashes. Enough said.
Miranda Lotta ♥♥/♥♥♥♥♥
Meru's got a soft spot for Miranda, seeing as she had the balls to defend the guy she liked, which Meru (in her current state) finds rather cool.
Lupin ♥/♥♥♥♥♥
Meru doesn't really know him that well. Do far all she knows is he's an angsty little bugger who she wants to cheer up. Not because she cares about him or anything, just because his angst is annoying her.
Tsuna ♥/♥♥♥♥♥
Although Meru knows basically nothing about 'Boner-Boy', she adores his reactions to her teasing.
Makoto ♥♥/♥♥♥♥♥
Meru adores Makoto because, dude, she's a MECHA-GIRL.
