Did you make the sourdough starter from scratch, or did you get it from someone else? I'm curious because I'd like to try again after failing multiple times a few years ago.

Sourdough I started from scratch. I've never been good at bread, and this was an experiment on learning.

All you need is a wide-mouth glass gar (mason works wonderful if you have one), flour, water and time!
