Oh, Harry, you stupid little boy. If Kreacher doesn't take those all too explicit instructions and tip off, talk to, write a message to, or contact in any way someone other than Draco, I'll be very shocked indeed.

Hmmm... It's an excellent thought, but I'm not sure I can agree with it. The only way he could contact Narcissa before was because she was a Black, and Sirius had ordered Kreacher to leave, so he left and went to the next Black. But Harry's ordered Kreacher to work at Hogwarts, so at Hogwarts Kreacher must stay. And Draco is the nearest Black to hand, and Kreacher's been ordered not to tip Draco off in any way.

I'm sure he'll find a way to cause trouble, but I'm not sure that he can actually go and tell anyone about what Harry's ordered him to do.

He doesn't even need to tell Narcissa, he could tell any of the other Slytherins, he'll certainly know which ones to pick if he's gonna be following Draco 24/7. Yeah, this plan is teh suxxorz.
