so ok i was talking with my friend today, and she was telling me about a theory this guys she knows came up with. I don't know if this has already been said, but what if harry was one of the hocruxes? I know that there's an instance in the book when this can be slightly proven, but my friend never got around to telling me that. What do yall think?

When I first read about the Horcruxes, I thought it might be possible too. I know which incident you're talking about that might prove it, but a lot of people told me that the transferral of Voldemort's powers and a bit of himself into Harry was unintended, even accidental. I still think he could be one of them. I dunno...I'm just not, at this point, convinced that Harry could win against Voldemort on his own.

I have to ask; where are all the harry potter meets powerpuff girls icons from? I've seen them everywhere. =^n.n^=

I...doubt it. Harry would need to kill the actual Voldemort last, Dumbledore said so, so how Harry would be able to do that dead is beyond me. :P

that's what I was thinking. It is a good theory though.

I think he could be, and as for him defeating him while he's dead, well that's where the trio come in. Harry in essence is the one who "defeats" him because he gives his life in order to kill him, then either Ron or Hermione does the actual killing of Voldy. Far fetched I know, but it could happen.

I thought about that. For a while I've had the idea on my head that Harry might have to die in order to save the world.

I do wonder, though, whether Snape might be the one to heklp Harry out in the end. I still think he's on the side of good, and I really believe that his killing of Dumbledore was a mercy killing...

I doubt that Harry is a Horcrux because Voldemort essentially selected Harry to be his archnemisis, realizing that by marking him as his equal he would have to eventually kill him. I don't see why he would store part of himself in Harry, while planning to kill Harry. Also, he planned to have Harry die at Godric's Hollow; Voldemort didn't anticipate Harry living, and after that night, Voldemort didn't have close enough access to Harry to be able to make him into a Horcrux.
