A friend of mine and I have come to the conclusion that maybe Dumbledore trusted Snape because he made Snape make an unbreakable vow although what that vow was about is anyone's guess.

Regalus certainly seems to be the popular theory! I didn't even remember that bit about the locket in Ootp.... Oh man I need to go back and read that. Good job!

Personally, I also hate the thought of Harry being a horcrux himself, which would mean certain death. I'm hoping on this one that people themselves cannot be horcruxes, just supply the power that splits the soul apart when murdered.

I think Harry's scar is a possibility of being a horcrux seeing as he was able to feel Voldemort's emotions and such. I'm hoping that isn't so. Hasn't the poor guy gone through enough?

Me too, I haven't been able to find out his middle name either. However, I did just happen to stumble upon this lovely interview.

Will we be hearing anything from Sirius Black's brother, Regulus, in future books?

JKR: Well, he's dead, so he's pretty quiet these days.

Hmmm.... so, yeah, that really doesn't answer our questions, now does it? But, she said that he's dead now - so, does that mean we can still put our bets on him seeing as R.A.B. obviously got the horcrux before he died? :P
