Oh, that deleted scene was great!! Too bad they cut it out, I mean, it's only 1:29, it didn't make the movie that much longer!!

I can't explain how much I loved that scene! I like the character of Snape but I'm not a fangirl but it I echo proofpudding's sentiment. It was very chilling. Of course I also loved finally seeing the cut R/Hr common room part - all three seconds of it. I wonder if it'll be cut off like this on the DVD. Hope not. WB has a habit of not only putting up a very small number of deleted scenes, but incomplete ones at that. I know that sounds like I'm asking a lot but I guess I'm just too used to watching all the deleted scenes from The Office. They are mostly completed scenes that easily could have been in that week's episode.

The "ultimate editions" (of which only SS and CoS are so far available) seem to have deleted scenes edited back in, LotR style -- the features list theatrical and extended versions.
