No, the UK's getting it a day earlier than the US. The rest of the world, however, is getting it this week. Makes no sense, but there you go.

I wonder why that is? The UK should get it first before everyone because most of everyone who pitches in to create the movies are British, even if WB is not a UK funded company.

Probably because the rest of the world has to suck it up the REST of the times that the Potter movies get released in the UK and USA and we have to wait and wait and wait???? ;o)
