i'm angry about it. i think if people werent so sex crazed and immoral we wouldnt have an "epidemic" so they call it. the media has a HUGE effect. not only helping to CAUSE AND SPREAD it but making ppl think it is THE MOST dangerous disease. actually...the number 1 killer of women is heart disease. the media spreads it b/c they promote hoochies all over the place and all these movies glorify the one night stand and/or make it so that the characters fall in love after screwing on the first date. disgusting.

Do you think that a single mother/father can raise a child(ren) just as well as 2 parents could? Why or why not? no. i truly dont. i think a single parent can LOVE a child as much as 2 parents...but unless that single parent is a billionaire...there's going to be sacrifices. the child is going ( ... )

1.) I agree with the above answer that I am very angry about the AIDS epidemic. I think it has a lot to do with immorality in our society, although its not just about hoochies and sex...its about people sharing drug needles and not cleaning their tattoo and piercing machines. It angers me that there is such an epidemic in America when every single person in our country has the option to go get tested and then act accordingly. It saddens me that so many people have it in third world countries because they don't have the resources that we do here in America. I think that as usual, we Americans take for granted how good we actually have it and I hope this doesn't sound incredibly awful, but in that way I think we deserve what we get. I have really no sympathy for someone who contracts AIDS from someone else during sex...ask your partner to get tested and make sure you see the negative results and things like that won't happen ( ... )

What are your feelings on AIDS? (Sadness, Anger, why its spreading, what could be done to stop the spread of AIDS) What affect do you think the media has had on our society regarding AIDS? Sex ed, sex ed, sex ed, I can't say enough about it. Don't tell the kids "just don't do it," rather give them resources and information on how to do it more safely. AIDS is still regarded as a "gay disease" by many people, and I think the media is both helping to dispel the myth while at the same time ostracizing HIV+ even more. I guess it depends on the media source (a Planned Parenthood pamphlet vs. some ultra conservative magazine).

Do you think that a single mother/father can raise a child(ren) just as well as 2 parents could? Why or why not? Yes, but it's always nice to have a support system of friends and relatives regardless of how many parents there are.

Do you believe in God? No.

What are your thoughts on ADD/ADHD among children? Do you think that medications should be administered to these affected children? Why or why ( ... )
