Way to go girl! Not only did you eat well (cookies happen...even with them you still did great!), you kicked some ass at the gym! And yeah, healthy food is def more expensive but the way I figure it, it's usually more filling & less addicting than fast food crap so you'll end up buying less in the long run AND it's an investment in your body and your health...that might be wrong if you actually add up money spent but it's how I justify spending more on good foods! Keep up the good work!

i agree! its like you're paying for the food and your health! I like that :-)

and thank you... my work outs this week are gonna be twice a day... aiming for 10 workouts (10 hours) between monday thru saturday! hopefully i can double what i did today every day this week in the gym :-)
