So valentines was yesterday.... I kinda grew out of that after like 8th grade but I know a lot of peole were really into it... either strongly Pro-Valentines... or Anti-Valentines. Either way I hope all your wildest dreams came tru ;-)
As for me I'm not weighing in today cuz I wanna go back to Saturdays. I miss the structure of it all

Random exercise question (because you really seem to know what you're doing!)Do you know any good exercises to get rid of those little creases in your back? If you know what I'm talking about, haha. I'm down to 116-117lbs and can't go any lower or I look sick so my only option is to try to use exercise to get rid of them. T.I.A.

Everyone is different though. I'm not sure if you really need cardio for the sake of weight loss if you look thin - but it is still good for your heart! Prob try some toning if you feel flabby tho. The pilates I go to has about 15 mins of stretches that se weights.
My las suggstion would be to try a stair stepper with high resistance on a low stair step height. When I do unlike that I feel it right above my butt... Lol tmi
