How to create and maintain multiple journals

So, through trial and error and following other people's directions, you get this little guide. I'll have pictures for those that need them and pointers (ie: I messed up and will help you not to do the same). That's pretty sweet. Also: LJSec doesn't get all your entries. I'm still missing sections from 2004 that it won't find for some reason, so I have to put those in manually.

I dunno why it didn't. *shrugs* Sorry about that. :/ But Semagic seemed easy enough to use.

It was a very well writen entry. Were you writing these instructions for Semagic? I have used it, although it was an older version. I loved it! Then I got this new PC, but have not downloaded it yet. I found your journal initually by doing a Google search for "Will Semagic mess up your PC?" & your journal popped up. I'm in IE8 now which has no spell checker. I am a very poor speller, so I am sorry for the misspelled words.

Do you know if Semagic will trash my bran spankin' new PC?

I have used it under XP and Windows 7 and have had utterly no problem with it. I still get the 'malfrormed login response' error, but it doesn't seem to actually cause a problem with the program or anything.

The link in the post. You do have to download the dictionary you want separately, though.
