This preview is coming a little later than I had hoped it would. With the game being tonight, a Thursday, I just haven't gotten around to writing about it yet. This is a game where some people are actually saying it could be a trap game for us or a tough game because it's on the road and stuff like that. I'm not buying into all that. I wish there were a way to check how many times one of the F_U schools has been in the bottom 10. I know that it would be a high number. I can't remember the last time one of them was not in it. I just wish there were records that I could check in that regard.

Thanks for the Newton stats. His stats are pretty good. I take solice in the fact that these stats were obviously against inferior competition (#87 Mississippi St., #118 FAU, and I-AA Wofford). Hopefully, we will lay into him tonight.

so mitchell didnt get kicked off the team after all?

i heard he was off for good from an assault crime

No, he didn't get kicked off. He just had to serve a one game suspension. Yeah, it was apparently a bar fight that he was in. Not very smart. You would think that people in the spotlight would be a little more cautious with what they get involved in.
