When Ron found him laying in the mud with a broken pair of spectacles clenched in his loose fist, he almost thought Harry to have been rejected- but it was the genuine smile plastered across the boy hero's face that had Ron think again.
The redhead is most surprised when Harry grins widely across the Great Hall during dinner at one scowling Draco Malfoy. Ron leans in close and whispers, “So you really kissed him, did you?”
The white of Harry’s teeth contrasts amazingly with the mud still swiped across his cheek. “You know, I think he really likes me.”
