Media: India ink on textured paper
Rating: light R
Warnings: Nudity
Notes: This poem can probably be interpreted in many ways, but what I saw in it was the passion between Harry and Draco. I believe that if they loved each other it would be just as passionate, frustrating, and impulsive as when they're fighting. At the same time, they've both been through quite a bit, and could comfort and appreciate each other in a way no one else could.

naadiPoem: Lay Me Down in Soft Shadow by
naadi lay me
down in
soft shadow,
flowing starlight
fingertips
tracing fevered skin.
open me,
release me,
pull me free
from all my pain.
knotted strands
of hurt,
unraveling,
beneath your
gentle hands.
soothe me,
undo me.
untie me,
and so
bind me.
hold me,
deeply,
in sweet agony,
on the precipice
of ecstasy.
touch me,
slide me,
oh, so slowly,
over the edge
of the universe.
love me into orbit.
embrace me into dream.
kiss me into oblivion.
caress me into bliss.
keep me,
heart-stilled,
spirit-stirred,
soul-wrapped
inside you
forever.
