This was so heartbreakingly bittersweet. A story this fantastic deserves a review nine pages long but I'm pretty much incoherent right now. Excellent work, I loved it from beginning to end.

Well, if I can make a Snarry lover love Drarry a bit, then that's saying summat. :) I can't say I'm sorry about the tears; I think many Drarrys center on what cataclysmic event had to occur to reconcile these two. In this story, it was a subtle failing of both of theirs, that moved them inexorably to a tragedy that then brought them together. The old 'going all the way round the world to find what's in your own backyard.' A lesson I've had to learn in my own life, sadly.

The sex in this story is really just a natural extension of how I see them completing each other, and I'm pleased you liked those 'flower' scenes. You know me and flowers...fit 'em in when I can.

Really appreciate you reading; god knows I didn't want you to cry, but I cried when I wrote it, so...what hope in hell did you have? Thanks for taking all the time to write such a thoughtful comment. ♥

I was just fine, until Harry saw Draco at his daughter's grave, and if I hadnt' been interrupted halfway through the story, I probably would have cried through the rest of it.

Yes, I agree, this is the better of your two fics. Not that the other one wasn't sweet, and enjoyable, and fully fleshed out, but this one is more emotionally raw, and truthful and so goddamned painful. But somehow, sweet, and honest and hopefull too.

You know, you don't have to prove to me why you're my fav writer all the time! (but (I'm glad you do!!)
