Yes it's Korean.

It is set in modern day Korea + a monarchy for fun. The Crown Prince is engaged to a commoner and the two don't really get along but they both agree to the marriage and slowly start to fall for each other. Of course there is an alternate pairing option for each of them to make things interesting as well as some political intrigue.

It's hard-subbed (though mine also came with soft-subbs?) you can get the torrent from d-addicts or dl from jdramas (you will need to use hjsplit). I really, super, recommend it! The Crown Prince, Shin, is totally hot and the Crown Princess, Cheangyung, is super spunky. To me she seems like a combination of Makino and Yankumi (have you seen Gokusen?) likewise Shin reminds me of both Domyoji and Sawada Shin (also from Gokusen). I hope you will watch it!
