That is the problem. Her team knows she'll pick up the slack.

The problem is that she CANT pick up slack that is barely visible and partly manufactured by a woman making her attempt to move up the corporate ladder. The store that sells a million a yr, three blocks down from ours, is so messy/dirty and disorganized due to slakers. Yet have no issue with the DM. Ive seen the numbers from before My Mgr came on and they are pathetic. She JUST got a bonus and raise a month ago for her "good work". She has high turnover bc she gives one chance, one warning, then drops the weakest link.

I should have mentioned that the question was rhetorical.
