If you haven't seen Good Will Hunting, you need to!

I am always amazed at the power of a good story. Sitting here on Friday night trying to find the right way to say goodbye to my classes, I watch the story of identity found, and the process of redemption one has to go through to find it. Be careful--there's lots of cussing, and the movie suggests that Will and his girlfriend Skylar sleep together. Check out some Christian reviews first. I think Focus on the Family has excellent movie revies. I'm not saying I condone that stuff (I DO NOT), but the story is so good. I don't want your parent to think I'm some scum...or for you to think less of me; so yeah...

I didn't like it much. Had to watch it for a class when I was at Roanoke and I didn't find it very interesting. At all. Which surprised me.

There wasn't anything specific about it that I didn't like. It just didn't grab my attention. It wasn't amazing to me. It was just a movie. It happened, it was over, and I'd have been the same if I hadn't watched it. And, by the way, I'm doing very well thank you. How about yourself?

yeah im pretty sure you have no clue who i am, except for a possible faint memory of complimenting my johnny cash shirt and/or trenchcoat, but i was intrigued by a few of your comments on some friends' journals. and so seeing that my favorite movie is the subtitle of this entry, i have to ask when did you watch it? it has been out for quite a long while now in the cinematic sense or time. also, as a possible explanation for the disliking of the movie, i would say that this particular film is one that it has to apply to your life in some way for its greatness to be manifested. for plenty of people, it doesn't do that.
