As always, it is great to read your stuff, and, as you get older, I am sure that you will continue to get cooler.
But, don't change too quickly, and remember that emotions are good and bad. I do not trust people who say that they have never been really mad, or angry.
Anger is a highly under-rated emotion, and the key is learning how to control it and use it productively.
It is also a shame that so many in the liberal, pseudo-intellectual, believe-in-nothing crowd have successfully bullied people into believing that overt demonstrations of emotion are evil and unacceptable by professional standards of decorum.
The most amazing mental state is total anger tempered by absolute calm, cool control. That's when a man is truly dangerous and most effective.

I know I've talked about change in one of my recent entries from this summer, unfortunately mine wasn't as sophisticated and sounded quite juvenile; all the change I can accept is, usually, good change, something that will benefit me now, not in the long run. Through this entry, you've showed that you embrace all change; the good, bad, and unexpected. Which, I must say, I respect you for because, as I've already admitted, I can not.
I do believe that everyone has something that they need/want to change. I do believe that, after the long run, with most change you will find yourself to be in a "better place." But I hate the beginning stages, when you're completely caught off guard and everything you've known for a good while, changes.
I've had, as you know, quite a bit change for me in the past three months and, because of that, I'm really not as happy about change as I was before that, especially what I referred to as "bad change."

I have been debateing this homeschool thing for a while now...and I think I am going to go through with it. My friends are giving me a hard time about it and asking me, "Why? Why don't you want to talk to us anymore or be our friends?" My mom said, "If they don't encourage you then they are not really friends at all, now are they?" I just realized about the day that you said, "I don't want you to be homeschooled, but I UNDERSTAND why you want to be." You are the only person that encouraged me to do my own thing, but still keep in mind the people it affects. Change can be good. I think this change is for the best -
