My first reaction to that vid was that it wasn't a big deal, but when I thought about it I do kinda feel it was a bit tactless. The whole "him not bringing his wife", however, seemed quite petty as does the whole situation as whole. For people to speculate that doesn't care about the lives that were lost on that infamous day is simply absurd. One can have the same outlook on McCain's recent statement about the foundation of America's economy being "strong". In his view it was taken out of context by a lot of people. All in all, this political race has been amazing at straying from the issues and finding small things to nit pick about : /

well i wanted to comment you back, but you might not see it, so i'll tell you here.

i'm so happy to be back in your class. it almost felt like last year was lacking because i never had a class to write, to express. it wasn't fun.

but it's great to be back, i must say i missed you.

Gee, could it be that his wife has a job and young children at home? Perhaps tossing the flower wasn't his best move, but not bringing his wife, how petty is that?
