So. Yeah. Although I can't comment on your characterization since I'm not that into Hetalia so I wouldn't really know, I'd like to make a suggestion.
Since most of us don't know/can't read Russian, maybe you could make another OOC post on her journal for her "Frequently Used Phrases."
It'd show a translation for all of her most commonly used phrases, and even the small ones. Maybe you could even post a romanization of what the Russian would sound like!
But yeah, this is all just a thought. This might take a lot of effort, so if you don't have free time/don't want to, you don't have to.
