For those interested, Scott Peterson was found Guilty today for the murders of his wife and unborn child.

I don't claim to know alot about the legal system, but hasn't this case just set a legal precedent for the murder of a fetus?

On a completely different note:
I apologize for not introducing myself earlier. I friended you after being greatly impressed by your mature and unagressive behavior found during an "opinion" based confrontation in a common-friend's journal. There's no need to friend me in return. I just look forward to reading a voice different from my friends (and one which comes close to my own silent one).

Well thank you for those kind words. It's nice to meet others who have something in common with you ^_^ Honestly I don't know much about the legal system myself (except from what I hear on Law & Order and that's not all correct). So I can't say whether or not this was a fair trial, but I guess it's just nice to see something finally have closure. Not just for me but for those involved in the case.
