Why the hell does living on your own have to be so damn difficult??? I swear that I'm constantly dealing with some aspect of my everyday life that is so freakin' stupid. Right now it's my landlords and creditors. I just never seem to have enough money for them!! They want more and more!! But I can't MAKE anymore money than I have and they just don'

I know what you mean, unfortunately. >_<; Money problems are incredibly frustrating! Have you looked into finding a roommate? I see that you're locked in for another year, but perhaps you can negotiate with the complex, or find someone to live with in the future. Rooming with someone else can be a pain in its own right (particularly if you have to advertise for a roommate), but your bills will decrease dramatically. I'm working on doing the same thing right now.

You don't have to apologize for being upset and ranting. Everyone gets stressed or upset every once in a while. It's good for you to get it out of your system. ^_^

Why not buy a small house? Maybe with a roommate? Buy one with a note that's lower than your present rent. Then, when you are ready to move, you sell it and get back the money you put into it (give or take, depending on property values). Yay equity! It's like an investment. The way you're living right now, you get nothing back when you leave.
