Personality Changes: Learning Psybeam sparked something in the suppressed corruption at the core of Porygon-Z. Though the virtual Pokemon's brain was more like a gestalt mind than anything most telepaths could recognize, being able to channel Psychic energies only strengthened the lingering influence where its mind had been touched by viral thought. A subtle change, perhaps - but one that had begun to affect its higher runtimes, resulting in a decision to sever itself from the Silph Corporation

History Changes: Nothing had changed. Indeed, that was the problem - after the event which, to Porygon-Z's understanding, had converged alternate timestreams into the school, the virtual Pokemon had emerged altered. Nebula's upgrades had made it stronger, empowered it to the point where Porygon's mental waves could be broadcast in a painful, focused beam. It was no longer helpless, but as a trade off, its coding had been compromised to unlock this ability. Tampered with. Nebula had no understanding of how the viral mind affected Porygon's, but he tried to unlock it all the same to tap that power source
