High school is so pointless.
Just for fun today, I was looking at all the possible majors you can have in college. I mean, they have ones like, bar/club management. It's ridiculous. So right, how this relates to high school sucking. High school limits what you want to study. You have english, science, blah blah blah. But by now, I have figured out that calculus is not, nor (or? I think it's nor) ever will be applicable to my life. So why the fuck am I taking it?! Classes I would be interested in taking like: Art History, Photography, Sociology, Economics, Italian...are not offered in my school at all, and if they are, the class is very limited. My school has cut 15 electives in the last 5 years. I mean, it doesn't make sense. My friend from Germany, Dora, was telling me that in Germany, less than 10% of kids go to college, and it is funded by the country. Most kids take internships to learn their craft, and then they get jobs. That just makes so much more sense to me than spending more than $100,000 on my education.

Anywho, senior year has sucked thus far...hopefully it will get better. I think it should in the next month or so.
